I have worked in the manufacturing and chemicals industry for over 30 years, the last 16 as a Health, Safety and Environmental Manager in a company of 200 staff. I have established business management systems certified to 9001,14001 and 18001. Run chemical testing laboratories. Dealt with external organisations such as HSE,EA, Fire service and Insurers. I have experience of CoMAH, HAZOP, RIDDOR, first aid, emergency planning. I am Chairman of the Operational Safety Committee of BAMA (British Aerosol Manufacturers Association).
