I am an effective technical professional with over ten years FMCG/food industry experience across food safety, quality, auditing and the manufacturing of numerous food categories including bakery, desserts, fresh products, ready meals and sandwiches and technical management in storage and distribution.

I assist small businesses to establish compliance with food regulations and legislation so as to produce safe and legal products.
