As a retired, Group Manager, from the London Fire Brigade I have been fire risk assessing full time for the last 8 years. I have applied the ethos of giving to receive, building up supportive relationships with clients, some of whom need detailed explanation’s and examples of the interpretation of the current guidance while others just need reliable, honest and prompt service for a reasonable rate.

During this time I have completed assessments on just about every type of premises, healthcare to entertainment, shopping centres, schools, but predominately residential sites, from small conversions to large high rise projects. Lastly I have fire risk assessed many commercial offices including iconic central London sites.

I’ve worked for the largest housing management agent in the country and regularly for the most well-known commercial premises managing agent; conversely I’ve often worked for small business and single resident premises owners. I’m always striving to meet the clients, unique needs and requirements.

I have complementary qualifications in Nebosh and PTLLS level 4 which qualify me to complete health and safety audits and training in my areas of expertise.

I’m happy to work either directly for clients or as an associate through my limited company.
