I have both private and public sector experience in Food and health and safety. Enforcement which includes carrying out food and heath and safety inspections of food businesses of all categories; food sampling; investigating food poisoning outbreaks and food complaints; providing advise on legal requirements and good practices; providing food safety training at various levels. Undertaking legal processes including serving notices, PACE interviewing, taking statements and gathering evidence for potential prosecution. I have also undertaken private sector projects which includes consultancy work, auditing and training for businesses such as hotels, retail stores, catering establishments. I am flexible and welcome new challenges. I am able to work effectively as team and on my own. I am self disciplined individual with good communication skills.
