I am a self-employed safety advisor undertaking third party safety audits, consulting and coaching safety to a variety of retail, leisure and hospitality businesses including Pret A Manager, Starbucks, Mitchell and Bulters, Marston’s, Greene King, Stonegate, Whitbread Restaurants, Premier Inn, Travel Lodge, Mecure Hotels, Rank, Genting Casino, Cineworld, The Restaurant Group, Wildwood, Loungers, Pesto, Just Eat and Compass.

I have safety management experience and have written company policies, risk assessments and SSOW, chaired HSE Committee meetings, DSE assessments, fleet safety, international travel, agricultural safety and water laboratory testing.

As a registered trainer with the CIEH I have undertaken training and presentations for food safety, fire safety and health & safety for employees at all levels.

I am an experienced lead safety auditor and I introduced a national internal safety audit programme for HomeServe UK ltd, reviewing field operations teams for gas, water and drainage, contractor safety and site offices/facilities.

I have experience of delivering food allergen audits and indicative food hygiene rating support visits for high street chains and independent traders.

I have experience of undertaking accident and alleged food poisoning investigations, playground equipment safety inspections and undertaking fire inspections and fire risk assessments PAS 79.
