Nina Fairweather has more than 25 years' experience working in the international hotel and catering industry and has been practising Food Hygiene and Health & Safety for over 20 of those. She is a freelance Chartered Safety & Health Practitioner, originally from London but now happily living in bonny Dundee! She is currently providing support to a wide range of businesses on the completion of Covid-19 risk assessments and protocols.

She is an accomplished assessor, auditor, trainer and coach. Recognised to have an open, collaborative, and pragmatic approach, she has demonstrable ability of broadening awareness to ensure compliance, through hands-on advice to all levels of leadership. Establishing functional strategy and priorities in reducing risk with multi-cultural stakeholders, she is structured and cool headed in episodes of emergency and crisis and has successfully lead management teams through difficult times.
