MY TEAM
I have over 40 years in the food industry, from a hands on chef, to senior management, in the food industry, I have worked for large Blue chip companies, and been self employed.
When employed at Whitbread, I was heavily involved in the food operations, at all levels, being responsible for rolling out the HACCP training when launched, in 1995.
I have since held operations management positions, written training programmes, and delivered training courses, for various companies, within the food/hospitality industry, and worked on menu development, and product development, I have also been at the heart of two successful brand creations, and launches.
For 20 years, I have managed a food safety / health and safety / training consultancy company.
I have worked for Cmi / NSF for a couple of periods during the past 17 years, working on the SFBB trials, FSA project, and Auditing.
Since the outbreak of COVID, I have completed COVID training and awareness course, and carried out many COVID audits on behalf of NSF.
